Eyesight Improvement and Myopia Control Workshop by Lumience Vision – Terms and Conditions

  1. I declare that I’m of legal age, 21 years old and above at point of registration, to register and attend the Eyesight Improvement and Myopia Control I agree my attendance at the workshop/seminar is for my personal benefit.

 

  1. I understand and fully agree that the purpose of this workshop is educational and sharing, and it is not intended to diagnose, cure or treat any medical conditions, prevent any disease, or provide medical advice. This workshop is refined and adapted by Lumience Vision based on a “Better Eyesight Without Glasses” Natural Vision method developed by an American ophthalmologist/medical doctor.

 

  1. It is my personal responsibility to learn and apply the natural vision therapeutic techniques to improve my eyesight naturally in order to benefit from the workshop.

 

  1. I understand that Eliteus Pte Ltd instructors/facilitators are not optometrists, ophthalmologists, eye specialists, medical practitioners or physicians, but are instructors/facilitators to share the refined and adapted “Better Eyesight Without Glasses” Natural Vision method. I am aware that I have to seek medical attention by professional medical practitioners or eye specialists to monitor my eye conditions and health as well as the progress of my vision.

 

  1. I hereby release and forever discharge Eliteus Pte Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, servants and/or agents from any and all liability for personal injury, death or property damage arising out of the activities or as a result of my participation in the workshop/seminar including all injuries that may be suffered by me during the event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action or in action of any of the above parties.

 

  1. I consent to Eliteus Pte Ltd to use digital and still photos, videos and to quote comments by me in all forms of marketing collaterals. I can withdraw this consent by a written request before the workshop/seminar commenced or at any other time as per the Personal Data Protection Act.

 

  1. All the training materials but not limiting to handouts, photos, charts and powerpoint slides, in digital and physical versions, are the intellectual property of Eliteus Pte Ltd, and I agree that none of the intellectual property can be reused, replicated, distributed, sent, posted or copied in any form. I further agree and abide that I will not make recording of any sort in or during the workshop/seminar or post photos or comments of the workshop/seminar on any social media platforms. 

 

  1. Full payment must be received within one week of registration or before the commencement of the workshop/seminar, whichever is earlier. All payments made are non-refundable, including no-shows. Participants may seek to reschedule date of workshop/seminar registered once, at least one week before the commencement of the workshop/seminar.

 

  1. Eliteus Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the workshop/seminar or change the venue. If the participant is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, the participant may seek to reschedule as per clause (8) above.
